Positions: Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Philadelphia, PA

What We're Looking for in Our Next Clinical Superstars:
- Current PA Licensure: Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) license (Required).
- Advanced Certification: BCBA certification is strongly preferred (or candidates actively sitting for the exam).
- Master's Degree: In Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education.
- Expertise: Proven experience conducting FBAs and navigating PA IBHS regulations.
- A Passion for Mentorship: A desire to supervise, train, and uplift support staff and families.
- Dedication to Making a Positive Impact: A commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
Your Role in Shaping Lives:
- Designing the Roadmap: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing IBHS-compliant Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).
- Driving Clinical Excellence: Analyzing data weekly to ensure our clients are making real, measurable progress.
- Empowering the Team: Providing compassionate supervision and on-site coaching to our BHTs and RBTs.
- Supporting Families: Leading parent training sessions to help families thrive outside of therapy hours.
- Collaborating for Success: Working closely with schools and interagency teams to advocate for your clients.
Schedule:
- Flexible Schedule (Full-time and Part-time caseloads available)
- Monday to Friday
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $ $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
