Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calling and follow-up communications
• Present and promote products or services confidently to diverse customer groups
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and data entry in our CRM system
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
• Assist with client onboarding processes, including explaining product features and benefits clearly
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding customer base and increasing sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to prepare reports, track progress, and analyze sales data

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English plus another language are highly desirable
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, or client support roles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and in person
• Prior experience in call center environments or outbound calling is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Demonstrated data entry accuracy, typing speed, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Customer support experience or familiarity with customer service principles is advantageous
• Good understanding of call center etiquette and professional demeanor
