Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant (onsite) - Irvine, CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to play a key role in our clients financial operations, working closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and streamlined accounting processes. This individual will oversee key accounting functions, support financial planning initiatives, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership in financial reporting, month-end close processes, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to support compliance and financial accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to automate processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Provide daily financial insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (in Accounting or Finance prefered)
• Expertise in Excel, with the ability to perform advanced data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing complex financial transactions and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, small-company environment.
• Prior experience with ACH transactions is a plus.
