Bartender

Responsibilities:

2 years experience as a bartender with handcrafted cocktails

bilingual : English/spanish a must
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- hospitality skills
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for drink selections

-Prep juices and syrups as needed

-pre buss, run food and close the bar after the shift
- Handle cash transactions, operate cash registers, and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques, experience with craft cocktails and tequila a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for accurately preparing drinks according to customer preferences
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other staff members

Must be 21 years old

must know how to shake cocktails

Please note that previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the hospitality industry.
