Martinson Painting is a family owned company operating in the South Puget Sound area. We specialize in luxury, high end interior and exterior residential as well as commercial paint projects.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in day to day operations within the office. An ideal candidate will have initiative, possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and can prioritize/perform multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. **Starting off we are looking for someone that is willing to be part-time (about 24hrs/week) with the potential to go full-time in the future.**
Job Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Input new leads into system
- Provide support to Project Manger, Operations Manger, and employees
- Manage the hiring process
- Organize and maintain files/records
- Data entry
- Other general clerical duties
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic - work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
