Job Title: Inventory Control / Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control / Warehouse Associate to support our HVAC operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, timely material handling, and efficient warehouse organization. This role is vital to maintaining seamless operations for our service and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials
• Organize and stock HVAC parts, equipment, and tools in designated warehouse locations
• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records in software systems (ServiceTitan)
• Issue and track materials distributed to field technicians and installation crews
• Assist with staging materials for scheduled jobs and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with delivery and pickup of materials as needed using company vehicles
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods to the appropriate team
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training a plus
• 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 lbs
• Familiarity with HVAC parts, tools, and materials preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed
• Warehouse and shop environment with occasional driving for pickups/deliveries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
