About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect (AWS) to support a large-scale cloud transformation program. This role requires deep AWS architectural expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate is a senior technical leader with proven experience designing enterprise cloud architectures, guiding engineering teams, and driving cloud strategy across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AWS cloud solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead technical decision-making, define architecture patterns, and provide guidance to engineering and DevOps teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, developers, security teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Develop phased implementation strategies for cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Ensure best practices in security, automation, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Promote reusable architecture patterns and establish strong cloud governance.
• Mentor developers, engineers, and junior architects on cloud technologies and solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional required; Professional preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, solution design, and cloud strategy.
• Strong hands-on expertise across AWS services, architecture patterns, and enterprise environments.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation frameworks, and cloud security principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of telecom platforms, network technologies, or large distributed systems.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts or AI-driven cloud optimization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise compliance standards.
