Seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (ServiceNow) to lead end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Client's contact center platforms. Role involves translating customer needs into technical requirements, driving complex ServiceNow-based solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality digital experiences.
Key Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in product management delivering complex tech products
- 5+ years working with engineering/design teams on customer-facing features
- Strong experience with ServiceNow (admin oversight, building applications)
- Ability to define roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs
- Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
Tools & Technologies
- ServiceNow (must-have), plus Salesforce or Oracle Service Cloud (preferred)
- Jira, analytics/optimization tools
- Agile methodologies
- Ability to read/understand programming languages is a plus
