We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer needs are met effectively
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts with B2B clients while maintaining profitability
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for business development and brand awareness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to sales activities
- Engage in technical sales discussions, demonstrating product value and benefits to clients
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or renewal
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales development
- Ability to understand technical products or services and communicate their benefits clearly to clients
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
