Position Summary

The On-Site IT Support Technician is a client-facing role responsible for delivering hands-on technical support at customer locations. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to represent our company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with remote support teams for escalated issues.
• Document all work performed in the ticketing system accurately.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional decorum.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in IT support or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
