Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Managers in project detailing, BIM coordination, and paperwork processing (Submittals, RFI's, PCO's etc.)
• Generate submittals; confirm submittal complies with plans/specs
• Assist in creating and managing project schedule in Microsoft Project and Procore
• Draft and manage RFI's
• Draft and manage contract change orders
• Monitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule
• Facilitate with the Project Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawings
• Lead close out of project, including project warranty and LEED compliance documents
• Take ownership of document management applications

Basic Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, and general project administration
• Demonstrated ability reading drawings and specifications
• Computer proficient including Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Interest and passion for building and the industry

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification
• Procore experience
• Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 experience
• Experience in residential and commercial framing
• Revit experience
• 2+ years of work experience in the construction field
