What We Need:

Kellam Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to oversee residential system installations, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while leading and mentoring a team of installers.

Your Role:

• Lead installation projects with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company and industry standards.
• Mentor and train install team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to complete jobs on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to ensure smooth installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and job details.

Qualifications:

• Proven HVAC Installation Experience – Minimum of 3 years in residential HVAC installation.
• Leadership & Mentorship – Ability to guide and develop a team of installers.
• Customer-Centric Approach – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently.
• Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, and ventilation.
• Valid Driver's License – A clean driving record is required (company policy: must be 21+ years old).
