Cotto e Crudo Enoteca, an Italian wine bar, is a fast-paced and guest-centered environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service, quality, and consistency. We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our team.

Position Overview

The Bartender is responsible for creating high-quality cocktails, pouring wine with confidence, engaging with guests, and helping set the tone for a warm and memorable bar experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with accuracy and consistency

• Recommend wines and menu items based on guest preferences

• Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service at the bar and tables

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service

• Handle payments and follow proper cash-handling procedures

• Assist with bar prep including batching cocktails, cutting garnishes, and restocking

• Collaborate with the barback and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required, wine bar experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail techniques

• Excellent communication and hospitality skills

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Language

• English fluency required

• Italian proficiency is a plus
