Experienced Trim Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Trim Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial trim work, with proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

• Measure, cut, and install trim such as baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and window trims with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for framing, finishing, and fabrication tasks.
• Perform framing work including metal stud framing and wood framing as needed for various projects.
• Assist with drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration when required.
• Execute caulking, painting preparation, and finishing touches to ensure a polished final product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in trim carpentry, framing carpentry, and general construction site work.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, nail guns).

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
