  • Proficiency in using learning technology and adaptive tools for special education instruction.
  • Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and behavioral health strategies to support communication and social skills.
  • Ability to develop individualized lesson plans based on IEP requirements while incorporating literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and toddler care as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools relevant to special education settings.
  • Understanding of childhood development principles including early intervention practices and behavior management techniques.
  • Compassionate approach toward working with children with disabilities or those requiring additional support in daycare or early childhood environments. This position is ideal for educators passionate about fostering inclusive classrooms that empower children with diverse abilities to reach their full potential through innovative teaching methods and dedicated support.
