Key Responsibilities

• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope
• Verify material deliveries match purchase orders
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and vendor evaluations
• Track project progress and maintain schedules
• Identify out-of-scope items and report to project managers
• Provide daily project updates
• Compile and resolve punch list items
• Perform final walk-through with customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and crawl spaces
• Knowledge and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning
• IICRC certification a plus (not required)
