Role Overview

Foodville Concepts is seeking a highly reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Delivery Driver & Grab-and-Go Merchandising Specialist to support our growing operations across Chicagoland.

This is one of the most important roles in our company. You will be responsible not only for the safe and on-time delivery of our grab-and-go products, but also for merchandising, stocking, and presenting those products on campus and retail locations to Foodville standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands that execution matters, and treats company products, vehicles, and partner locations with care and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Logistics

• Safely and efficiently deliver grab-and-go food items from our commissary kitchen to multiple campuses and retail locations.
• Follow established delivery routes and schedules while maintaining flexibility as needed.
• Load, transport, and unload food products with care to maintain quality and food safety.

Merchandising & Brand Standards

• Merchandise and stock grab-and-go coolers and displays according to Foodville standards.
• Ensure products are rotated properly (FIFO), labeled correctly, and presented cleanly and attractively.
• Monitor product levels, freshness, and overall presentation at each location.
• Remove expired or damaged products and communicate inventory needs.

Quality Control & Communication

• Act as Foodville's eyes and ears in the field—report issues, opportunities, or feedback from locations.
• Communicate clearly with commissary, culinary, and operations teams regarding product needs and observations.
• Maintain accurate delivery and merchandising records as required.

Professionalism & Trust

• Represent Foodville with professionalism at all partner locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Handle company property, products, and relationships with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery, route driving, merchandising, or food service experience preferred.
• Highly reliable, punctual, and trustworthy — this role requires consistency and ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable lifting and moving food cases and supplies.
• Basic understanding of food safety and handling practices.
• Familiarity with the Chicagoland area is a plus.
