Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our bustling food service establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage a talented team of staff members. Duties

  • Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
  • Implement and monitor food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reporting.
  • Conduct staff training sessions focused on customer service excellence, food preparation techniques, and safety procedures to enhance team performance.
  • Schedule shifts efficiently to meet customer demand while optimizing labor costs; supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams during peak hours.
  • Interview, hire, and develop team members to build a motivated workforce aligned with the restaurant's standards of hospitality and culinary excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, POS for sales transactions and inventory tracking.
  • Strong background in food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in staff training & development, team management, and shift supervision.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality; ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Ability to lead by example in a high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail across all operational facets.
  • Previous resturant management is required. Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
