As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter and Onboarding Manager to build and support a dynamic team that embodies our commitment to safety, discretion, and exceptional customer care.

Job Summary: The Recruiter and Onboarding Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and seamless onboarding of top security talent.

This role demands a sharp eye for individuals who blend professionalism with a warm, customer-focused approach, essential for thriving in luxury residential settings. You will drive recruitment strategies, engage with potential hires, and create a positive onboarding experience that sets our teams up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Sourcing:
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent in security, particularly for high-end residential environments.
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Cultivate a network of potential candidates with strong customer service skills and experience in high-end service industries.
• Selection and Hiring:
• Lead the interview process, selecting candidates who embody our company's values and hospitality-driven approach.
• Conduct thorough background checks, verifications, and assessments to ensure all hires meet the standards required for luxury residential settings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, offering guidance and updates on recruitment progress.
• Onboarding Management:
• Develop and lead a comprehensive onboarding process that introduces new hires to our company culture, luxury service standards, and security protocols.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by organizing initial training, orientation, and introducing them to team leads and clients.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience to foster employee retention and satisfaction.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Brand:
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process, reflecting our commitment to service excellence.
• Actively contribute to our employer branding efforts, promoting our company as an industry leader in security services for luxury residential communities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding, ideally within security, hospitality, or luxury residential sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on discretion, customer service, and relationship-building.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and HR systems.
