Elevate Your Career with Support Designed for BCBA Success.
Tired of the burnout cycle? At Stepping Stones Behavioral Solutions, we believe that to deliver exceptional client care, our BCBAs must feel supported, valued, and empowered. That's why we've built a role that prioritizes your growth and well-being, giving you the tools to focus on what you do best: making a lasting impact.
We are looking for a dynamic BCBA to join our vibrant Downtown Indianapolis team. This isn't just another clinical position—it's a career opportunity crafted for sustainability and success, backed by a unique support system you won't find elsewhere.
Why You'll Thrive Here:
- A Truly Manageable Caseload: We deliberately keep caseloads smaller because quality of care and clinician burnout are not just buzzwords to us—they are our guiding principles.
- Your Dedicated Support Partner: To ensure you can focus on clinical excellence, you will be assigned a graduate student pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA. They will assist with a majority of your programming and preparation duties, effectively amplifying your impact.
- Reward & Recognition: We believe your hard work should be celebrated. Enjoy an achievable and transparent monthly bonus structure that rewards your contributions directly.
- Investment in Your Growth: Your development never stops. We provide access to exclusive CEU workshops and ongoing training opportunities to keep you at the forefront of the field.
Your Role & Impact:
As a BCBA with us, you will be the clinical lead for your clients, empowered by a supportive framework that allows you to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee all aspects of client programming, from initial assessment and treatment planning to behavior intervention plans and insurance authorizations.
- Mentor the Next Generation: Provide hands-on training, supervision, and constructive feedback to RBTs and your assigned graduate student, shaping the future of ABA.
- Empower Families: Conduct consistent and meaningful parent training sessions to ensure generalization and build strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside other therapy providers to create a cohesive, 360-degree support system for each child.
We're Looking For a BCBA Who Is:
- A fun, passionate, and self-motivated clinician with a heart for service.
- Exceptionally organized and eager to develop innovative strategies for positive behavior change.
- A natural mentor who loves to teach and guide students and RBTs.
- Committed to ethical, play-based, and collaborative care.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course.
- Strong technical, clinical writing, and communication skills.
Our Commitment to You (The Perks That Matter):
- Competitive Compensation + Achievable Monthly Bonuses
- Small, Sustainable Caseloads
- Comprehensive Benefits Package:

- Ancillary Benefits
- Generous PTO & Paid Holidays
