Pay Range: $35,000 – $45,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Summary
The Mitigation Project Coordinator supports the Mitigation Project Manager in the fast-paced world of emergency response, water damage mitigation, fire cleanup, and mold remediation. You will coordinate schedules, manage job documentation, and ensure clear communication with customers, technicians, and insurance partners to keep projects running efficiently.
Your top priority: Deliver a seamless, professional, and reassuring experience for customers during their time of need.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during mitigation.
- Provide consistent updates, address concerns, and explain next steps.
- Schedule emergency services, monitoring visits, and final inspections.
Project Coordination
- Assist the Project Manager with job scheduling, technician assignments, and equipment tracking.
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare work authorizations, change orders, and compliance documentation.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job files in the project management system.
- Monitor job costs and billing accuracy.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, photos, and reports are complete before job closeout.
- Serve as Admin on a rotating on call schedule
Qualifications
- Prior experience in restoration, construction, or service coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
