Lancaster Kitchens and Baths, LLC is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and interior renovations. With a brand-new Selection Center showroom and a strong reputation for craftsmanship, communication, and customer care, we are expanding our field team.

We are seeking a Construction Coordinator - a highly skilled, hands-on leader who can support our Operations Manager, maintain a daily on-site presence, coordinate subcontractors, ensure high-quality workmanship, and perform skilled construction tasks to keep projects on schedule.

This is a working field position, not a desk-only or oversight-only role.

Position Summary

The Construction Coordinator serves as the on-site representative for the company, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, subcontractors stay on task, materials arrive and are staged properly, and homeowners receive consistent, professional communication.
This role blends field labor, leadership, quality control, jobsite coordination, and client communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Management & Coordination

  • Serve as the daily on-site point of contact for the company.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager on schedule management and jobsite planning.
  • Oversee subcontractors and verify that work meets LKB quality standards.
  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify issues early and maintain project momentum.
  • Assist in keeping projects on schedule by coordinating sequencing, access, and manpower needs.

Client Communication

  • Provide professional, friendly updates to homeowners regarding progress and expectations.
  • Communicate schedule adjustments or issues to the office and the client promptly.
  • Build positive rapport with clients throughout the remodel.

Material & Logistics Management

  • Receive, inspect, and stage materials at the jobsite or warehouse.
  • Coordinate delivery of cabinets, fixtures, shower systems, specialty items, etc.
  • Pick up materials as needed (company vehicle provided).
  • Assist with warehouse organization and maintaining accurate material tracking.

Hands-On Construction Work

This is a working role requiring strong trade experience.

  • Perform full demolition of kitchens, bathrooms, and interior spaces safely and efficiently.
  • Execute advanced finish carpentry, including trim, doors, cabinetry installation, accessories, and precision fit-and-finish work.
  • Complete framing and structural prep tasks such as framing walls, blocking, shoring, and modifications.
  • Install tub and shower systems (Solid Surface).
  • Perform drywall work including hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs.
  • Handle plumbing tasks, including fixture installation, shutoffs, traps, supply line adjustments, and basic rough-in work.
  • Perform light electrical tasks such as switches, receptacles, light fixtures, and low-voltage installations (training available).
  • Install LVP/LVT flooring and complete necessary subfloor prep.
  • Complete punch list items with high attention to detail.
  • Support subcontractors and field teams with hands-on work to maintain job flow and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, plumbing basics, and interior remodeling.
  • Prior experience as a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Working Superintendent is a plus.
  • Ability to read plans, understand scopes of work, and manage sequencing.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple moving parts on site.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on job sites.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM start time; earlier starts depending on project needs).
  • Occasional Saturdays based on schedule demands.
  • Company vehicle provided for jobsite and warehouse travel.
