Duties

• Prepare eggs and egg-based dishes according to menu specifications and safety standards
• Assist with menu planning and meal assembly for various dietary needs
• Handle food prep tasks such as chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances
• Support the culinary team with additional food preparation tasks as needed
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
• Contribute to catering events or special meal services when required

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant setting
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary requirements
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in dietary aide roles or catering is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
