Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and health regulations during beverage preparation and service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or related food service roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of catering practices, food handling, and safety regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and inventory calculations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
