We are currently seeking an experienced individual for the position of Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while handling key logistical aspects such as venue bookings, faculty coordination, design/coordination of exhibition space/booth, and content production.
Additionally, the Project Manager independently manages all phases of project delivery across various clients, ensuring on-time execution while leveraging deep knowledge of US HealthConnect products to effectively engage with clients, faculty/KOLs, and vendor partners. The role drives process improvements, training initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and project excellence.
What a day in the life of a Project Manager looks like:
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manages end-to-end project execution, from planning to post-production
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including speakers, venues, and delegates
- Manages logistics, including venue selection, accommodations, catering, audiovisual setup, and travel arrangements
- Ensures timely registration, material production, and execution of faculty agreements
- Maintains financial oversight by tracking project costs and managing budgets
- Leads and trains team members on project management processes and tools
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Organizes and oversees in-person and digital recording sessions
- Maintains project timelines, proactively mitigates risks, and reports any delays or challenges
- Collaborates with Client Services to ensure seamless project execution
- Develops and maintains relationships with faculty, clients, and key stakeholders
- Manages content development, marketing deliverables, and website updates
What we expect from qualified candidates:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) and/or Medical Legal Review (MLR) experience
- Managing/producing projects within medical education
- Live and digital multimedia format experience
- Strong orientation to customer service
- Strategic thinking and high-level perspective
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication skills with clients/supporters, faculty/KOLs, and vendor partners, written and verbal
