Job Description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the execution of advanced maintenance tasks, ensuring that all properties under Stay on 30A's care are kept in optimal condition. This is a hands-on role that involves a wide range of maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and repairs, requiring a strong skill set and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall repair, and general carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair home systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they become larger problems.
• Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and provide updates on progress to the Property Management team.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and oversee their work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain records of work performed, including parts used and issues identified, using Breezeway and other company tools.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with other team members, including inspectors, property managers, and other technicians, to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guest arrivals.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and other property components as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a wide range of home systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Experience with tools and technology.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required.
• Flexibility to work weekends or respond to emergencies outside of regular hours when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
