Duties

• Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Handle phone systems effectively, responding to calls promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Assist with any administrative tasks as required during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
