Plumber Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential apartments and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with construction/repair plumbing, and the ability to work efficiently on both commercial and residential sites. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
• Perform welding and other mechanical tasks related to plumbing systems
• Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing components, including pipe replacement and system upgrades
• Assist with HVAC system integration when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience in plumbing, including pipe threading, assembly, and remodeling projects
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in welding and some HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation or repairs
• Carpentry skills are beneficial for framing or structural modifications related to plumbing work
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor required for handling materials and equipment
• Maintenance Person experience or general remodeling skills are advantageous

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
