Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Assist with cash handling and processing payments as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in the office environment as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Skills

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional tone.
• Proficient in analyzing information to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Experience with outbound calling techniques is a plus.
• Basic cash handling skills are desirable.
• Ability to type accurately while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
