Duties
- Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, curricula, and strategic plans that enhance educational quality and student achievement
- Support curriculum development initiatives to ensure alignment with state standards and best practices in middle school education
- Lead efforts in classroom supervision, teacher evaluation, and professional development to maintain high instructional standards
- Coordinate student discipline procedures, attendance monitoring, and intervention programs to promote a safe and respectful environment
- Oversee budgeting processes, resource allocation, and fundraising activities to support school programs and initiatives
- Supervise administrative staff, teachers, and support personnel to foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement
- Engage with parents, community partners, and stakeholders through public speaking engagements and outreach efforts to strengthen school-community relationships
Experience
- Proven experience working with middle school students in an educational setting with classroom teaching background
- Demonstrated leadership in education administration or management roles, including supervising staff and managing projects
- Strong background in curriculum development, strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams of educators, students, families, and community members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public forums and facilitate meetings effectively
- Prior experience in education management or senior leadership positions within a school environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of best practices in classroom instruction, student assessment strategies, and school safety protocols

Pay: $62, $75,000.00 per year
