Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Bartender to become a key member of our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crafting cocktails and a knowledge base that spans liquors, beers, wines, and tobacco. The cornerstone of this role is to not only craft exceptional drinks but also to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of classic and innovative cocktails, always delivering consistent quality
• Display a deep knowledge of our menu, including liquors, beers, wines, and tobacco
• Interact with guests, making recommendations based on their preferences and providing detailed information about our offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar upscale hospitality setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of craft cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, and tobacco products
• Exceptional customer service skills, always striving to exceed guest expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle high-stress situations
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
