In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to support our sales team, develop innovative solutions, and help clients achieve success with Peer Software's cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:

• Become a Subject Matter Expert in Peer Software products to support prospects and partners.

• Provide deep technical expertise across various platforms to drive solution development and implementation.

• Design and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

• Consult directly with clients to understand their challenges and propose customized technical solutions.

• Create detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams and specifications.

• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to gain stakeholder buy-in.

• Conduct proof of concept activities to illustrate feasibility and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless solution delivery.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.

• Travel as needed for meetings, trade shows, partner events, and training sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong presentation and demonstration abilities to showcase solutions effectively.

• Self-motivated, independent worker with great teamwork skills.

• Time management and organizational expertise to handle multiple projects.

• Deep understanding of TCP/IP networks, routing, and firewalls.

• Experience with enterprise storage (Windows, NetApp, Dell, Nutanix).

• Knowledge of unstructured file data (CIFS/SMB).

• Familiarity with Cloud computing (AWS, Azure) administration and monitoring.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Server and domain administration.

• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies in enterprise storage, cloud storage, and data protection.

• Pre-sales engineering experience and familiarity with CRM software.

• Experience with Linux and NFS
