As a Full-Time Assistant Water and Fire Damage Technician at Rytech Restoration of The Upstate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Lead Technician to stabilize losses and protect properties through rapid response and meticulous job setup. This position involves the demolition of affected materials such as drywall, insulation, and flooring, ensuring safe removal of water, soot, odor, and non-salvageable items. You will actively engage in taking moisture and air quality readings while managing essential equipment for effective mitigation.

Your responsibilities extend to contents protection and packout support, alongside thorough photo documentation to facilitate smooth interactions with insurance providers. By maintaining a clean job site and fostering professional, empathetic customer interactions, you will contribute to a high-performance team dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of the restoration process.
