Salary
: $75,000 - $80,000 (with quarterly bonuses up to $10,000 annually).

Position: Operations Manager
– Lead, manage, & build a rockstar team
Role Summary
- Maintaining, growing, and consistently improving the staff (scheduling, hiring, staff development).
- Ensuring restaurants are fully functional and staffed, including quality standards and meeting operating
- Overseeing daily operations of the business; enforcing company policies.
- Administrative work & assigned projects (60-80%) and hands-on work (20-40%) at the restaurant.
- Train and monitor staff in following company systems. Work on system/procedure improvements.
- Operate restaurant location(s) successfully with occasional limited involvement owner.
- Lead team with initiative and focus. Set exceptional examples to staff.
- Progresses company towards business goals. Participate in necessary management trainings.
- Run the weekly supervisor meeting – discuss & resolve notes, feedback, guest issues and staff issues.
- Act as the Integrator for day-to-day operations of the restaurant, working closely with the Owner and management team.
- Lead, manage, communicate, and hold the team accountable to ensure smooth execution of business goals.
- Be responsible for achieving key metrics: labor cost %, food cost %, guest satisfaction, team retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team of supervisors and staff to drive high performance.
- Oversee weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics (labor, waste, prime costs, customer feedback).
- Drive operational efficiency through systems, processes, and team development.
- Conduct weekly Level 10 Meetings with leadership team.
- Maintain and update SOPs to ensure quality, consistency, and scale.
- Ensure all prioritized responsibilities are set, tracked, and completed on time.
- Collaborate with store managers and supervising team on strategic projects, goal setting, and quarterly planning.
- Help translate company vision into actionable weekly plans and systems.
- Ensure the restaurant is scalable, profitable, and deliver outstanding guest experience.
- Monitor prime costs, including both food and labor
- Facilitate audits as needed
- Co-manage with Assistant Manager: Collaborate with and provide oversight for the Assistant Manager in their specific duties, ensuring smooth daily operations. Step in as needed or necessary.
- Oversee Purchasing & Inventory: Responsible for ensuring daily vendor ordering and any special ordering. Inventory system should be well managed, up-to-date, and on-time. Inventory value to meet parameters.
- Communication: Team-wide communication (Announcements, SOP updates, staff sign-offs), Standard communication with outside contractors (Emails, phone calls, etc), Scheduled reporting & communication to owner- submitting reports to Owner, keeping updated on major issues, contacting for guidance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership role in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Understands restaurant operations, leadership dynamics, and team culture.
- Genuinely driven to grow the business, improve systems, and lead a team.
- Proven experience managing a team of 20+ in a hospitality setting. Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate strong administrative and interpersonal skills, and uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
