Superintendent

Superintendent - Onsite - $120K-$150K + bonus and benefits

Our client, a national construction group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee Federal construction projects across the Hawaiian Islands. This role manages daily field operations, supervises crews and subcontractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule and with high quality.

What You Will Do

• Lead all onsite construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and scheduling
• Maintain daily reports and conduct onsite meetings
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications and safety standards
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients
• Support estimating, setup and project controls

What You Bring

• Three or more years of Superintendent experience
• Federal or government construction experience required
• Strong understanding of scheduling, drawings and construction processes
• Proficiency with P6 or similar tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation:

Base salary: $120K to 150K, Annual bonus

• 401K match
