The Role:
We are looking for a
Salesforce Service Cloud Practice Manager
to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will serve as the technical lead for projects, ensuring every solution is built for long-term success and aligned with best practices.
You will partner with Sales to accurately scope new opportunities, guide clients through architectural decisions, and support delivery teams in execution. You will also mentor consultants, review technical work, and help elevate the overall quality of our solutions and delivery approach.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to blend technical leadership, client partnership, and mentorship in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
You are part strategist, part problem-solver, and part mentor. You thrive on designing elegant solutions to complex business challenges. You have enough experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to see patterns, identify risks early, and understand what great looks like. You can translate between executives, end users, and developers without losing clarity.
You care deeply about getting it right. You balance technical excellence with business practicality. You enjoy collaborating with others, raising the bar on quality, and helping clients and consultants alike see what's possible. You bring confidence, curiosity, and clarity to every conversation.
