Who You Are:
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
- Experience with a variety of testing techniques and debugging practices.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in collaborating with other teams.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to expedite workflows and validate results.
Bonus Skills
- Actively involved in the local tech community, such as attending meetups and conferences, contributing to open source projects.
- Experience with Google Cloud.

What You'll Do:
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies -- daily standups, retros, backlog refinement, sprint planning.
- Actively participate in and contribute to code reviews to ensure code meets our standards, is bug-free, and has no unintended side effects.
- Author exemplary, clear, and concise documentation.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, setting an example for the team.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of programming experience in a development team environment.
