Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience with a variety of testing techniques and debugging practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in collaborating with other teams.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to expedite workflows and validate results.

Bonus Skills

• Actively involved in the local tech community, such as attending meetups and conferences, contributing to open source projects.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies -- daily standups, retros, backlog refinement, sprint planning.
• Actively participate in and contribute to code reviews to ensure code meets our standards, is bug-free, and has no unintended side effects.
• Author exemplary, clear, and concise documentation.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, setting an example for the team.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of programming experience in a development team environment.
