Regional Manager – Michigan (Full-Time, W2)
Location: Michigan (Multiple Manufactured Housing Communities)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple manufactured housing communities across Michigan. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to build productive relationships with community managers, residents, and vendors.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to meeting occupancy, revenue, and operational goals.
Primary ResponsibilitiesOperational & Community Management
- Oversee operations and performance of multiple manufactured housing communities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations.
- Manage and support community managers to meet occupancy, revenue, and expense goals.
- Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes.
- Plan and manage home installations, refurbishments, and inventory readiness.
Vendor & Resident Relations
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants.
- Resolve escalated resident concerns and disputes professionally and promptly.
Financial & Performance Oversight
- Review financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics.
- Monitor property maintenance, capital improvements, and curb appeal standards.
- Report district performance to regional leadership.
Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
- Adhere to training schedules and performance benchmarks.
- Support leadership development for advancement opportunities (including RVP track).
Other Duties
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy.
- Perform all other tasks as directed by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Prior property management, regional management, or multi-site leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations and community management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel between communities across Michigan.

Pay: $80, $85,000.00 per year
