What You'll Actually Do

Design & Engineering (50%)

• Create 2D CAD drawings and laser/waterjet processing files for custom manufacturing projects
• Work directly with customers to turn their ideas into manufacturable designs
• Solve unique design challenges that keep the work interesting (no cookie-cutter projects here)

Manufacturing Operations (50%)

• Operate laser cutting and/or waterjet equipment (we'll train you if needed)
• Bring your own designs from screen to finished product
• Collaborate with shop floor team to optimize production

You'll tackle complex problems that require creative thinking, and work with a team that actually has your back. Fair warning: attention to detail is critical—our quality standards are high.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Ability to create manufacturing-ready 2D drawings and cut files
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Team player mentality—we succeed together or not at all
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Nice-to-Haves:

• Laser cutter or waterjet operation experience
• Background in engineering, drafting, or manufacturing
• Digital file management skills

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22-$30/hour (based on experience)
