Night Auditor

We are currently searching for the best and brightest in the customer service industry to fill our Night Auditor role.

We are looking for a strong individual who can help continue providing great customer service throughout the night time operation hours.

The hours for this position are 11PM-7AM. Must be able to work during the overnight hours including weekends and holidays.

Duties
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and posting charges to guest accounts
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional guest service by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent guest service skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
