Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking for a part-time opportunity that supports work-life balance while maintaining high clinical standards. BCBA Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, supervision, and compassionate guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop and oversee evidence-based programming informed by client data and ongoing assessment.
- Support and collaborate with families to promote meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
- Partner with external service providers to enhance client care.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and ethical team environment.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Active state license (LBA) as required by location
- Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Adult & Child CPR/First Aid certification (preferred prior to start date)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for home-based services
