Bartender

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while providing outstanding customer service.

**Duties:**

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area

• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

**Skills:**

• Experience in the hospitality industry

• Proficiency with Spoton or similar point-of-sale systems

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Knowledge of retail math for handling payments and making change

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service

• Previous experience with cash handling and balancing registers

• Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

• Familiarity with the food industry and beverage trends
