Job Description

Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is currently looking to hire CONFIDENT FRIENDLY Customer Service Representatives to join our Team. This is a full-time position, working as part of our dynamic team interacting with customers providing information regarding our services and products.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative

• Professionally answering the phone, backup dispatch and call customers if needed.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments as well as actions taken.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made according to each customers situation.
• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take and enter orders, handle accounts, and schedule services.
• Work closely with sales, administration, and various departments to help the team complete jobs on time.
• Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training.
• Complete all paperwork requiring intermediate/strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
• Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Quick learner and you enjoy learning/working with various programs and departments.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Salary for the Customer Service Representative

• Commensurate with experience, starting at $20.00 -$25.00 per hour.
