- We, at The Sanctuary Child Learning Center, desire to care for children in a loving Christian atmosphere. We want each child that attends our program to know that Jesus loves them. We pray that we can teach them scriptural morals and values, and that these truths will allow them to develop a strong character in a happy and secure environment.
- By nurturing children in a safe, loving Christian manner, we want to teach them good manners, honesty, establish responsibility and foster self-esteem.
- Implements curriculum activities and lesson plans. Follows program schedule for the classroom, outdoor time, meals, snacks, and special activities.
- Keeps accurate and current records of each child's developmental milestones, student accidents, anecdotal notes, and attendance.
- Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
- Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
- Has working knowledge of Georgia Department of Early Learning Standards and Quality Rated as they pertain to center operations.
- Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a preschool environment
- Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
- Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- Will need to receive a Satisfactory Comprehensive national background check through Bright from the Start
- High school diploma
- CDA or higher is a plus
- Monday-Friday work week
- Paid time off

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
The Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving directors, owners and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984. Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of directors, owners, emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
