About the Role

Shamrock is seeking a Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of financial services and card products to join our dynamic and growing team. This role plays a critical part in shaping how our brands show up in the market — combining strategic insight, data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and tactical executor, able to drive performance while also supporting day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, execute and optimize integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth for factoring, banking, lending and all other financial services
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning marketing priorities with business objectives and developing go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities and risks
  • Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches, tools and channels to ensure strategies remain modern, effective and competitive
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine targeting, improve campaign performance and inform future strategy
  • Create campaign automation, segmentation and customer lifecycle strategies to maximize retention and growth
  • Manage campaign performance and report on KPIs, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivering measurable ROI
  • Partner closely with Product to define and execute go-to-market plans for new products, feature enhancements and strategic initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in financial services
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a regulated financial environment
