What You'll Do

The Business Analyst will focus on the company's core policy and claim system, while also supporting related business processes and systems across other operational areas. This position works closely with the IT department and business stakeholders to identify, document, and drive meaningful imporvements that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across the organization.

This is a hybrid position after completion of initial training period.

We're looking for someone that has:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in the field of information technology, or an associate's degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting IT or system enhancements projects, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage in both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint are preferred.
• Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and writing user stories is preferred
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or similar certification is a plus but not required.
• The ability to work independently, meet company/industry deadlines, is self-motivated, organized and prioritizes work.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail

Pay Philosophy

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to - qualifications, relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future, but we in good faith believe this is what we would pay for this role as of the time of posting. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market for all employees in this position across our industry and provides an opportunity to progress and develop within the role.
