At GoldStar Learning Options (GLO), we believe when you love your job, it doesn't feel like work We're seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive, upbeat team in Westminster, CO. What the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Do:

  • Oversee a caseload of 6–8 participants and their care teams.
  • Design and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans, adjusting as needed.
  • Conduct assessments, parent trainings, and team meetings.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality ABA implementation.
  • Provide meaningful reports, collaborate with schools and families, and participate in fun community-based ABA activities.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst or BCaBA certification and Master's degree in ABA or related field.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work 30–40 hours/week, reliable transportation, and clean background/driving record.
