Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude, both in person and over the phone
- Conduct nightly audits to verify revenue, balance accounts, and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
- Maintain multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
- Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
- Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and night audit processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Experience working in resort or hotel settings that emphasize guest services and hospitality excellence
