Property Manager – Student Housing
Location: Weatherford Oklahoma
Compensation: $66,000 – $70,000 base salary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead operations at our Weatherford Oklahoma student housing property.

Position Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's operations, including leasing, marketing, resident relations, financial performance, and team leadership. This is a dynamic role that requires a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced student housing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the property, including leasing, renewals, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff to achieve property goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive leasing performance by implementing marketing and outreach strategies to maintain high occupancy.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, parents, and university contacts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housing regulations.
• Promote a positive community culture that supports the student living experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property management experience (student housing experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record in leasing, occupancy growth, and staff leadership.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata experience preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed during peak leasing periods.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
