With nightly live music featuring local, regional and national touring acts the Blue Note Grill is an award winning and unique popular entertainment spot for the triangle.

The Blue Note Grill is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server with bartending experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate:

• 1 year of server/bartending experience
• Fun loving attitude and sense of humor

• A love of cleaning, music and puppies
• Open availability

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Make recommendations on drinks and menu items
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol service regulations
• Mix drinks and serve them to customers.
• Deliver food to customers' tables.
• Greet customers.
• Prepare and stock bar.
• Clean bar and other work areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
